valuing well-being and ethics as driver of productivity. Together with my teameach
member a specialist in their field we stand ready to guide your company towards

in the well-being and ethical treatment of every stakeholder.
As the founder of our consultancy, I bring a unique blend of academic rigor and
personal insight to our mission. With a Master's in Philosophy of Science and
another in Business Administration, coupled with a Bachelor's in Business
Economics from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, my journey has
been as multifaceted as the solutions we offer. After a stint as a Business and
Research Consultant in Germany, I have honed a keen expertise in data analysis
and a profound understanding of human behavior.
My shift from a hardworking consultant in Berlin to overcoming burnout has
crafted our ethos.
